Section 102 Obstruction of execution of warrant

1. Any person who—
   1. intentionally obstructs a person in the execution of a warrant issued under section 82; or
   2. fails without reasonable excuse to give any person executing such a warrant such assistance as he or she may reasonably require for the execution of the warrant,

is guilty of an offence.
